A brand hires us when they need customers and do not want to build a sales force to get them. We do the building.
We recruit the consultants, train them on that brand's product, and send them into a territory to sell it in person. Business to business, which means walking into a company and talking to the person who signs. Direct to consumer, which means knocking on a door and talking to the person who lives there.
The brand does not manage the team, run the training, or work the territory. We do that, and we report every week on what closed, what did not, and why.
We have been doing this across Ohio for AT&T, LeafFilter and Primo Water. Different products, same team, same standard.
